The Idea behind it all
Growing up during the rise of technology meant growing up with easily consumable misinformation. That misinformation circles a lot around health, nutrition, working out, and overall wellness. After all of my experience in the fitness community and my own learning journey, there’s nothing that pains me more than hearing phrases like “carbs make you fat”, “sugar is the devil”, “lifting weights makes you bulky.”


Those deceptions are the reasons why I am here today. By using science and evidence based techniques, I want to teach others how to reach their goals without falling into mythical mindsets, as well as tackling any fears with kindness and a growth mindset. Fitness and nutrition doesn't have to be hard, and it doesn't have to be scary.
